Keep it safe - Youth Film Festival
Strathfield Council is inviting young people aged between 12-24 to write, direct, produce and star in their own short film.
The Strathfield Youth Film Festival - ‘Keep It Safe’ encourages young people to think about the issues of personal safety and take the responsibility for not being a victim of crime.
All short film entries must be between 2-5 minutes and deliver a positive community safety message targeted to a youth audience.

Speakers include Ruth Cullen - one of Australia’s most experienced directors who is best known for her intimate character based documentaries. And James Findlay – who has worked in film and TV for the past 10 years, also winner of the Golden Star for Best Film at the VSM Short Film Festival in Hollywood and was a finalist at the 2006 IF Awards.
